This is a Judged Show open to all members of the East County Art Association
At TheOlaf Wieghorst Museum,131 Rea Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020
Take in Day: Monday January 7, 2019 10-11 A.M.
Cost:$20.00 dollars for the first painting $10.00 for additional paintings up to four.
All paintings should have wire hangers and gallery wrapped canvas or frames. For Watercolor paintings in frames, please use Plexiglas. No size limit on paintings.

The Gallery is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10-3. Members that show paintings will need to sit the gallery is from 10:00 to 12:30 and 12:30 to 3:00 P.M.
RECEPTION: January 12, 5:00:- 7:00 P.M.—Please bring prepackaged appetizers.
TAKE DOWN: Sat. February 2, 10:00 a.m. To 11:00 a.m.
We willl have a sign -up sheet on Take In day for artists to choose the days they will be able to sit the gallery. You can bring your paintings or drawings (or a good book to read) while sitting the gallery! If you have never sat the gallery before, it is FUN! People come in and talk to you about the paintings ( or watch you paint if you bring your artwork!)
RECEPTION will be Saturday, January 12th from 5:00 to 7:00
p.m. We are asking members to sign up to bring appetizers that are
store purchased and prepackaged. No home baked goods. This is
necessary to comply with the City regulations on food preparations
for open invitation events. We will be providing wine, beer and
HANG YOUR PAINTINGS AT CITY HALL!
We will also be hanging paintings at City Hall on January 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This is a free venue to all ECAA members. Please participate by bringing a few paintings to hang at City Hall before you bring your paintings in to the Winter Show.
